Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and approved. Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, inventory updates, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options are presented during checkout based on your location and the available carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been prepared.

Adult Signature

Certain shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery at our discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

• Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact carrier within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date. Buyer will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Order Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Vantrex Biotech cannot guarantee replacement of shipments delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
