1. Acceptance of This Agreement

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, accepting delivery, or possessing a product supplied by Vantrex Biotech, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Research Use Agreement.

A purchaser who does not agree with every provision of this Agreement must not access restricted portions of the website, create an account, purchase products, or accept delivery.

2. Purchaser Eligibility

The purchaser represents and warrants that:

• They are at least 21 years of age.
• They have the legal authority and professional qualifications necessary to purchase and handle laboratory research materials.
• They are purchasing on behalf of themselves or an organization legally authorized to conduct the intended research.
• They will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, institutional, and international laws and regulations.

3. Permitted Use

Products may be used only for legitimate in-vitro, analytical, biochemical, laboratory, or educational research conducted by appropriately trained and qualified individuals.

Permitted research must be performed in a suitable laboratory environment using appropriate equipment, controls, documentation, storage conditions, protective equipment, and disposal procedures.

4. Prohibited Use

The purchaser agrees that products will not be:

5. No FDA Approval or Therapeutic Representation

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, products offered through this website have not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use.

Product descriptions, specifications, testing documents, scientific references, and Certificates of Analysis do not represent that a product is safe, effective, sterile, medically appropriate, or suitable for therapeutic use.

6. Purchaser Responsibility

7. Product Testing and Documentation

Certificates of Analysis or other testing records, when supplied, apply only to the specifically identified sample, batch, or lot. Testing methods, laboratories, specifications, and results may vary between products and batches.

Testing documentation does not constitute regulatory approval, medical certification, a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or authorization for human or veterinary use.

8. Storage, Handling, and Disposal

Products must be stored, handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws, institutional requirements, laboratory safety procedures, and any available product-specific documentation.

The purchaser must take reasonable precautions to prevent contamination, misuse, diversion, accidental exposure, unauthorized access, and release into the environment.

9. Refusal or Cancellation of Service

10. Indemnification

• The purchaser’s possession, storage, handling, or use of products.
• A violation of this Research Use Agreement.
• Unauthorized, unlawful, negligent, or prohibited use.
• Resale, transfer, repackaging, relabeling, or distribution.
• A violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantrex Biotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, misuse, transfer, or disposal of any product.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to This Agreement

Vantrex Biotech may revise this Research Use Agreement when its products, business practices, legal obligations, or operational requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Continued use of the website or purchase of products after a revised Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
